One day here was lovely, excellent base for exploring Miami Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the beach was next to the hotel.

It is extremely difficult to find anthing positive to say about this hotel other than it was close to the beach.

The room was basic. The continental breakfast was a joke. Fortunately we only stayed overnight on the way to a cruise. To stay more than one night would have been very depressing.

Just because it is in front Of the beach... And nice running zone..

Very poor breakfast in the lobby!, Just 1 towel por night for each person, smell inside room, Water leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom, in the morning we were obliged to wake up at 7 because of sunshine through the windows! The hotel has no lobby, must go to the hotel next to.

Me and a couple a friends payed for a queen room with two queen beds. First they gave us a room with one single bed then when they fixed it and gave us a two bed one the beds were not even full size! We went to complain that the beds were not even queen and the guy behind the counter just laughed n insisted that they were queen... Didnt even offer to go look at them! When we tried to get a refund, he told us we still had to pay the first night as a penalty but couldnt stay in the hotel... !?!??! the floors were dirty! Do not go to this hotel!!!!!!! Yes its cheap but there is better ones in miami beach! Save ur money! Its not worth it

Service, housekeepers didnt speak english. There are no towels, bad smell in a room.

Strange smell all over the hotel, stuffy. Safe in the room was not working. I informed the recepcion twice, after the second request one person came, checked, changed batteries and said that the customers made it out of order and he will call to the company for repair. But no one more ever came. Frankly speaking they gave me a refund receipt ($2 per day for the safe) when requested. But now 3 days later money still were not refunded. As well as 50$ deposit that were withdrawn from my credit card without noticing me. Breakfast is miserable.

The hawaii hotel was filthy. cockroaches all over the place, overwhelming stench of mold, shower didnt work, shades were broken and the staff was rude as can be.

Very poor - hotel was shabby and delapidated. Although the sheets were clean it was in a poor overall condition and did not offer value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I would not stay there again. The location on north beach is not pleasant - far better to find a hotel in South Beach - it was a mistake to go there

Good location right next to beach, shops bars restaurants nearby, staff helpful & friendly, locals friendly.

Front desk and brekfast located in Ocean Surf hotel

we were totally shocked by the way we were badly treated by the front desk older women.she was so aggressive and ignorant.we waited for more than 15 min just to make the check in cause she was talking wih her colleague by ignoring us. she have to know that the reception is very important for a hotel. There was no remote control in the room

Only good thing was its in front of the beach

1. The room was not clean,when we entered there were still spider nets hanging to the ceiling. 2.The bath rom was horrible The floor was horrible which was not well explained while booking 3. there was just 1 bed sheet,in case we feel colder we do not have anything 4.The cost is very high as compared to the facilities around 200$for 2 days.. 5. The AC was poring water and when we complained the maintainence guy came to fix it but not his mistake he himself was referring it as a piece of junk. 6.Why do they have to give breakfast just for name.There is milk and some bun which is so hard that even if you toast it you cannot chew it.

Hotel was not accurately represented on their web site. Our bathroom smelled horrible and the entire facility was dirty.

Nothing!! This hotel is a complete desaster!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOTEL. AVOID BAD EXPERIENCES AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL.

Everything!!! TOTALY DIRTY, NOT CLEANED FOR YEARS!!! BAD SMELL EVERYWHERE!!! DARK!! THE CARPET WAS SO DIRTY THAT WE WERE ALWAYS WEARING FLIPFLOPS, EVEN FOR BATHING. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL, LOOK FOR ANOTHER ONE. THE FIRST ROOM WE RECEIVED WAS NOT CLEANED, THE BED WAS NOT DONE!! AND THE BATHROOM WAS USED!!! THE SECOND ONE WAS WITH SMOKE SMELL!!! AND FINALY THE THIRD ONE WAS LESS DISASTER, AFTER COMPLAINING AT FRONT DESK, BUT IT WAS HORRIBLE ANYWAY.
